Don’t mention the war!
Suspicions of United States involvement in the conflict in Yemen: Unfortunately, I have to say they have earned those. Yemen has been an operational area of US drones for years now: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_drone_strikes_in_Yemen Anwar al-Awlaki and his son Abdulrahman al-Awlaki were killed in Yemen. And you might remember, that the first drone strikes were revealed as US operations only because WikiLeaks exposed them by publishing diplomatic cables in late 2010. So, can we really blame the people in the region for suspecting something similar is going on now?
